Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please provide photo or video proof within 30 days of receipt. Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item.
Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Not as Expected)
If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility in such cases.
Exchanges
Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. Please indicate the reason for the exchange and the item you would like to receive as a replacement.
Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same return policy as regularly priced items. If a sale item is returned, you will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate the Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@urbanluxegear.com. Please include a detailed reason for the return along with any supporting photos or videos, if applicable.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Shipping: Return the item to the address provided in the approval email. Please share the tracking information with us to ensure the package is monitored throughout the return process. We are not liable for lost returns.
- Condition of Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition received, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. If your return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
Refunds
Refund Approval and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the approval date, please contact our customer service team at support@urbanluxegear.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Charge-backs and Disputes
Before initiating a charge-back with your bank, please reach out to us directly as we can often resolve your issue more quickly. Frequent charge-backs or disputes can complicate the refund process and may lead to additional fees or account limitations.
Restrictions on Returns
We may limit or decline returns from customers who exhibit an abnormal return pattern that may suggest fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, frequent returns of worn, altered, or damaged items.
